We accept all methods of payments, Cash, Debit, all major credit cards, as well as personal or certified checks. If you request layaway, which we will be happy to accommodate, we ask for a 30% deposit, with the balance paid within 60 days.

If you wish to try out a piece or two in your home, Studio EMC2 has a service that allows you to "borrow" any prospective purchase for 5 days. There's no obligation to purchase and our only request is that the art be returned safely and intact should you decide not to purchase the piece. Art is something to be enjoyed, make sure it ‘fits’ into your home!

Our paintings, for the most part, will not be framed. Many of our pieces will have un-painted or painted edges, depending on the artist's expression. Framing is a personal choice depending on one's decor and taste. Our staff will be more than happy to suggest framing options with referrals to a few select professionals in the area.

We also believe that art should be chosen wisely. Art is not like a couch or table that may one day end up in the basement. Tastes change but we believe that whatever art choices you make for your home today will last you a lifetime. You're making a statement by having art in your home - buy art because you like it! Art should be savored, enjoyed and allowed to find it's right place. With this in mind, Studio EMC2 also offers free art and interior design consultations, as Christian Paré and his staff have backgrounds in Interior Design and/or Art Sales and can offer their help with colour and choices.

We also can help you with your art choices outside the home, should you like a consultation for your office or place of business.

People wonder if they should buy art to match other art purchases or furnishings, or if the art should make an independent statement? Here are some good guidelines to help you.

(1) If your decor is monochromatic or features vibrant colour and you want your art-choice to match within that colour scheme, Studio EMC2 will be happy to suggest art pieces to work within your decor. Please bring colour swatches, fabrics or even your favorite pillow to help us assist you in your decision.

(2) If you would like a painting or art piece to make an individual statement, wonderful, take that approach! If you like a piece for the impact you feel it will make in your home, go with it! If you worry about it’s colour scheme, you can always buy a vase or pillow for the room that brings out the same colour but doesn't take away from your piece of art. Art is personal and different people see different things when looking at the same piece. Buying art is usually an emotional purchase; instinctual and from the heart. Choose wisely!

What about future value?

It's hard to tell who will be the next Andy Warhol or Picasso. Most importantly, we at Studio EMC2 want to stress that you should buy art simply because you like it (and can afford it)!
The art market and personal tastes will change. Studio EMC2 will do our best in offering new, immerging talent as well as work from artists who are more established in the market and already have a loyal following. We will strive to carry a continued variety or work, in various mediums and price points.
Your art choices allow you to project to others your independence and personal affinity to a particular piece. Enjoy!
